Smoking may be hazardous to your health — in more ways than one.
A 58 year old man from Hamilton is charged with two counts of assault after a fight on Bay Street in Tobermory on Saturday night.
Bruce Peninsula OPP say two men had been assaulted by another man who took offence at having a person smoking nearby.
Officers arrested the suspect at a nearby hotel.
The accused will appear in Owen Sound Court on September 23rd.
