Tractors that are classified in their senior years are revving to the spotlight in Paisley this weekend.
It is the 17th annual antique tractor and steam show at Heritage Farm.
The show — on Bruce County Road 3 — two kilometres south of Paisley and takes up 50 acres.
Organizer Ken Kelly says 14 to 15 thousand people are expected to pass through the gates from Friday to Sunday.
Kelly says the feature this year is the manufactuer International Harvester.
All things from the company will be featured they have made over the year’s — from tractors to refrigerators — plows to washing machines.
People with their equipment are welcomed to bring it to the show as well.
Over 200 tractors from International Harvester will be on display as part of the Ontario Red Iron show.
There will also be a beef barbeque on Saturday, country music, a gospel service on Sunday and a craft show.
Kelly says demonstrations of both the plows and steam tractors will also take place with teams of horses as well as disking and plowing.
Kelly says the show keeps getting bigger and better every year and this year just look for the signs.
