The South Bruce-Grey Health Centre is holding a second information session about a Georgian College course being offered this fall.
Three satellite locations throughout the region, including the Walkerton site, will offer the Personal Support Worker course on a part-time basis.
The course will be held by video-conference.
Vice President of Corporate Development and Labour Relations, Brenda Rantz, says the first information session was well-attended, and she’s hoping for another good turnout.
She says local participation helps the health centre to continue to provide unique educational opportunities in rural locations.
Today’s information session will begin at 6 PM in the Training Room at the Walkerton SBGHC site.
