Today is International Youth Day and some areas are having events to celebrate youth.
In Port Elgin — youth will have musical entertainment at the main beach bandshell starting at 8 PM.
The Saugeen Youth Coalition is hosting the event and will be there to talk to people afterwards about helping the homeless in Grey Bruce.
That is the theme of this year’s Youth Day.
In Meaford and the Blue Mountains — there is a celebration starting at 4 PM and running until 11 PM at Clendenan Dam with water games a bbq and movie.
