The driver of one of the vehicles involved in a fatal two car crash on Highway 6 near Shallow Lake now faces criminal charges.
20 year old Kiefer Stevens of Brooklin is charged with three counts of dangerous driving causing death.
Grey County OPP say a southbound Nissan was passing vehicles on Highway 6 around 10:30 AM Sunday when it collided with a northbound Toyota.
Three people died in the crash.
18 year old Mark Blake and his mother, 52 year old Maureen Blake of Hamilton were in the Toyota.
A passenger in the Nissan — 19 year old Daniel Caldwell of Bowmanville — also died.
Stevens will appear in Owen Sound court on September 23rd.
