A Saugeen Shores man is going to be charged with threatening once he’s released from hospital.
On Wednesday at 1:30 PM, both Saugeen Shores police officers and OPP officers blocked off a portion of Elgin street in Port Elgin.
There had been a complaint of threatening to kill.
Police say a 38 year old man made a comment to a co-worker he was going to kill himself after killing another male they worked with.
Police were able to get into the house and arrest the man without incident.
The man was taken to Saugeen Memorial Hospital for assessment, and will be charged upon release.
Police say nobody was hurt in the incident.
