South Bruce OPP officers conducted a RIDE check on Bruce Road 10 in Brant Township on Saturday night.
And as officers checked one vehicle — they found a passenger with open alcohol.
The vehicle was searched and all the alcohol was removed before the driver left the checkpoint.
A 23 year old man from Grimsby was charged.
