The Nuclear Waste Management Organization has funded several projects in Northern Bruce Peninsula.
The funds have been used to purchase dark green recyclers, refuse containers and planters throughout the municipality.
Council has also used the money to purchase community message board signs.
The 30 inch by 36 inch black metal signs will be installed this month and placed around the community.
Officials say residents will be able to use the signs instead of sticking notices on hydro poles and bins.
