The Grey Bruce Health Unit issued the posting on Friday.
Officials say beach water sampling shows levels exceeding Ministry of Health and Long-Term Care standards for acceptable bacterial levels.
Medical Officer of Health Dr. Hazel Lynn advises bathers that high levels of bacteria in this water may pose a risk to their health.
Advisory signs have been posted.
The Unsafe For Bathing posting will remain in effect until samples indicate that water is safe again.
