A hot real estate market in Grey Bruce this year is translating into more interest in the residences at Cobble Beach.
PMA Real Estate spokesperson Laura Smith says now that the amenities like the clubhouse, fitness centre, and tennis court are done — they are concentrating on home sales.
Up to one thousand homes could surround the Cobble Beach golf course when the development is complete, but for now they are building the first 100 homes in Phase One of the project.
Attached bungalows — called “Bungalofts” — start at $299,900 and single detached homes sell for $392,000 and up.
Smith says all of the homes in the development have either a water view or golf course view.
They are on municipal water and a sewer system, with natural gas heating.
There are two builders in the “Residences of Cobble Beach”, Reids Heritage homes, and an on-site custom builder.
Smith says interest in the homes ranges from Grey Bruce residents to people from Kitchener, Guelph and the Metro Toronto area.
