If you love Owen Sound’s downtown restaurants or have been dying to try one out – this event is just for you.
The Grey Bruce Mental Health Association is hosting their 4th annual Dine Around Town fundraiser this Thursday from 6 PM to 10:30 PM.
Spokesperson Jackie Ralph says it’s a ‘progressive dining experience’.
Chaise Lounge, Jazzmyn’s, Rocky Raccoon, and Tuscany’s are all on board as the host restaurants again.
Tickets are 75 dollars and get you 4 courses – two appetizers, an entree, and dessert – each of which is served at a different restaurant.
Ralph says it’s a bit of ‘restaurant roulette’ because you can’t pick what course you’re going to have where.
But she adds the restaurants will really spoil you with items that aren’t always available on the menu.
Ralph says 80 spots are available and teams of 20 will be sent off with a guide who will walk the groups to each location and keep them on time.
Ralph says they’re hoping to sell out the event and raise over 5 thousand dollars.
All the proceeds stay with the Grey Bruce agency to help with their programs such as the FAN Club.
