The Wiarton Family Chiropractic Centre is presenting its 14th HOPE Day today.
It’s their annual food drive for the Salvation Army Food Bank.
Anyone who brings in a few bags of groceries to the Brown Street clinic in Wiarton will receive a gift certificate for a complete, one hour new patient assessment.
HOPE stands for Helping Other People Eat.
Since HOPE Day started in 1996 — the fundraiser has collected almost 27 thousand pounds of food for the Wiarton food bank.
The Salvation Army reports demand for their services peak in February.
