The province has released its annual list of public servants who earned 100 thousand dollars or more last year
Huron and Perth County health-care and education administrators made the most in 2008.
The CEO of the Stratford-based Huron-Perth Health Care Alliance Andrew Williams was the top earner at 238 thousand dollars.
Alexandra Marine and General Hospital CEO Bill Thibert was second at 167 thousand dollars.
South Huron Hospital Association CEO Deb Hunt and former Huron County Health Unit Director Penny Nelligan each earned $158,000 last year.
Now-retired Huron-Perth Catholic District School Board Director Larry Langan made $168,000.
But retirement in September cut former Avon-Maitland Director of Education Geoff Williams’ salary to $147,000.
Among municipal administrators, Huron County CAO Larry Adams earned $152,000 in 2008, while the CEO of the Town of Goderich Larry McCabe made $138,000.
