Several people who thought they were getting a bargain on cigarettes have been stopped by Lambton OPP.
Police say they stopped three vehicles Wednesday afternoon in the area of Highway 21 and Outer Drive near Port Franks and seized contaband smokes from each of them.
OPP say the carton and six bags of cigarettes were not marked as having taxes paid.
There’s no word on arrests and police say the investigation continues.
