Police say the car was caught on radar doing almost 140 kilometres per-hour in a posted 80 zone on Highway 4.
The 18 year-old driver from Port Elgin is due in Goderich Court on April 2nd on a charge under the province’s stunt driving legislation.
One of the car’s three passengers has been charged with Possession for the Purpose of Trafficking and Breach of Probation after police seized a quantity of marijuana.
The 19 year-old Port Elgin man will answer to the charges in Exeter Court on March 26th.
