A young Hanover man is a lot richer today.
24 year old William Kyle Duncan said YES to ENCORE and won 100 thousand dollars.
Duncan — an Operation Manager — played a quick pick with encore at Hanover Foodland for the October 4th draw last year.
Duncan picked up his winnings in Toronto last week and plans to save his windfall.
