Blue Water park in Wiarton was filled with both locals and people visiting from around Ontario Saturday afternoon.
Jim Morra from Bolton, Ontario has been returning to Wiarton for the last two years to see Willie and friends in the area.
Morra says he enjoys participating in the parade, the soap box derby and ATVing.
He says he tries to do anything and everything the festival has to offer in a small time frame.
Long time Wiarton resident, Chris Thomas says she has participated in every Willie Weekend since she was a little girl.
Thomas says she is does many activities like the sno-pitch baseball tournament, sleigh rides and the Grey Simcoe Foresters Army Reserve Obstacle Challenge.
She says her favourite part of the weekend is the community spirit and seeing all the people around having a good time.
Jake White from Oliphant says his favourite activity is the army obstacle challenge and Canadian Force Display.
He says he is very interested in the army and enjoys learning more about the tanks.
The Prediction Ceremony runs from 7:30 to 8:30 Monday morning at the Meeting Place in Wiarton.
