Bayshore Broadcasting News spoke to Saugeen Shores Mayor Mike Smith to find out what he thinks needs to be in it, to stimulate the economy.
Smith says definitely funding for infrastructure, as has been hinted.
He wants to see money for infrastructure geared towards affordable housing within the municpality too.
Smith says last year, a million to a million a half dollars was spent on capitol projects, and expects the same this year.
He says infrastructure funding would allow them to spend in both areas, without taking away from one for another needed issue.
He also says he would like to see the increase in the federal gas tax continue, and be a permanent measure.
