For the 4th year in a row South Bruce Peninsula has put the weather prognosticator on E-bay.
The winning bid gets the full Ground Hog Day experience which includes three nights accommodation, the VIP treatment at all of the festivities surrounding the February 2nd event and of course sharing the stage with Wiarton Willie for the prediction.
South Bruce Peninsula Economic Development Officer Danielle Mulasmajic says they started the bidding at just under 750 dollars.
Last year a Calgary family won the experience for their bid of 17 hundred dollars.
Mulasmajic says she sees great promotional opportunities for any business looking to get some national attention for a day.
Bidding on e-bay closes on January 16th.
