Charges in a multi million dollar drug bust near Durham have been dismissed.
Ba Thuan Tran of Guelph was charged with drug production and possession offences after the OPP raided a home in Glenelg Township in September 2007.
West Grey and Owen Sound Police as well as the OPP and RCMP raided a home on Highway 6 and seized almost 2 thousand marijuana plants.
They had an estimated street value of 2.6 million dollars.
No word on why the charges were withdrawn.
