Conservative MP Ben Lobb tells Bayshore Broadcasting News that he has already met with some agriculture groups and has come away with some good ideas that he will present to the Conservative caucus.
Lobb is also meeting with auto dealers in the area.
He sits down with Goderich auto dealers this afternoon and then meets with the Bruce Grey Automobile Dealers Association in Dunkeld tonight.
Lobb says he expects closed to 20 dealerships will be at tonight’s meeting.
He also has meetings planned in the Exeter area as well.
Lobb says his plan is to get as many ideas as he can so he can present them to a caucus meeting on January 7th in the hopes some will be considered in the upcoming federal budget.
That budget is slated to be brought down on January 27th.
