Police report Ralph’s Hiway Shopette on Goderich Street was broken into some overnight last Friday night/Saturday morning.
Police say some rolled coins were stolen although some of the booty was dropped on the pavement outside the store.
Police also looking into a break and enter and theft at Kentucky Fried Chicken in the south end of Port Elgin on Goderich Street.
Again a window was broken to gain entry and some rolled change was taken.
It too happened around the same time period.
