That is because the majority of people now say they focus on where the food is produced.
Many people say they trust made in Ontario products and will not touch anything made outside of Canada.
In fact, some of the listeners who have second homes in the area tell Bayshore Broadcasting News they buy food here and take it back home to the GTA.
Generally — people decided that fruits, vegetables and fresh food were the most reliable.
Some people also called on more government inspectors to ensure the food supply is safe.
