The Grey Bruce Health Unit has settled its layoffs dispute with OPSEU.
Two days of mediation talks on the weekend resulted in a Labour Adjustment Plan.
The union claims the deal will distribute jobs fairly and provides severance pay for those workers who will be laid off.
OPSEU filed a number of grievances after the health unit issued 20 layoff notices to almost all of the workers who went on strike in the Spring.
Union representative Ted Loughead says the plan resolves all of the grievances.
Loughead says he hopes the agreement will close a painful chapter in the history of the health unit.
The OPSEU members will hold a ratification vote on the plan on Wednesday.
