Lambton OPP say Saturday they pulled over a vehicle that had been doing 130-kilometres per-hour in a posted 70 zone on the westbound 402.
Police found that the driver had been convicted under the same legislation less than a year ago.
The man’s SUV belonging to another family member has been impounded for seven days along with his driver’s licence.
He’ll be in Sarnia Court next month to answer to the charge.
