OPSEU has filed another grievance with the Grey Bruce Health Unit.
The union claims the health unit is making life “hellish” for the office and clerical workers who are back on the job after a ten week strike in the Spring.
OPSEU representative Ted Loughead says the workers have been made to fell unwanted, unappreciated and insecure at work.
The union has also filed a list of grievances over other issues.
They include failing to place workers covered by the collective agreement in the office and clerical bargaining unit.
The health unit has also posted new positions without discussing it with the union.
The union is also going to fight twenty layoff notices given to Program Assistants and I-T personnel.
Mediation has been scheduled for November 8th and 9th to secure a labour adjustment plan.
