One of the four suspects in a vicious attack on a Toronto man in downtown Owen Sound is behind bars.
23 year old William Werner turned himself into Police last week after a warrant was issued for his arrest because he skipped his court appearance.
Werner will appear in court today to face charges of assault with a weapon, aggravated assault and robbery.
The charges stem from an attack at the end of July where a 42 year old Toronto man was stabbed and beaten in a case of mistaken identity.
Three other men charged in the crime will appear in court next Wednesday.
