Owen Sound police say a suspect turned himself in yesterday.
Mustafa Hassan is charged with aggravated assault, assault with a weapon, breach of recognizance and two counts of breach of probation.
About 1:30 in the morning on October 11th, police were flagged down in the area of 8th street and 3rd avenue east.
Police say the victim and suspect were at a small house party and got into an arguement.
During the altercation, police say the accused stabbed the victim in the upper chest and cut him in several locations, using a sharp weapon believed to be a knife.
The 20 year old Kepple township man was treated in hospital for non life threatening injuries.
Initially, police reported little co-operation from the victim or witnesses.
