Huron OPP were called after a number of witnesses saw a vehicle drive away from crash on Sunday night.
Police had to use a spike belt to stop the car.
A 42 year old Huron-Kinloss man is charged with Flight from Police, Dangerous Driving, Fail to Remain and two counts under the Highway Traffic Act.
