A benefit dance will be held for Tara area farmer Larry Galbraith tonight.
Galbraith was paralyzed from the chest down in a farm accident this summer.
He was crushed by a round bale in late July.
Galbraith is currently undergoing treatment in London at Parkwood Rehabilitation Hospital.
Neighbour Jim Merriam says a dance will be held at the Tara-Arran Community Centre starting at 8 PM. Doors open at 7:00 and tickets are five dollars.
Merriam says they will also have a silent auction and raffles.
There will be a donation box at the door and donations can also be made at the BMO Branch in Tara.
Merriam isn’t sure whether Galbraith will be able to attend, but he says the rest of the family will be there.
