Grey County OPP have a laid number of charges after a multi vehicle collision on the sunset strip in Owen Sound.
Police say the collision occurred shortly after 9am on Tuesday morning at the intersection for Galaxy Cinemas.
Police say the driver of a Nissan was upset by the actions of another driver of an unidentified vehicle who had made physical gestures at him.
The two vehicles raced eastbound towards the Galaxy Cinemas intersection making dangerous aggressive manoeuvres around each other.
The Nissan struck the rear of red Dodge pick up truck that was stopped at the red light of the intersection.
Police say 3 people suffered minor injuries but did not require hospitalization.
Police say the Nissan was destroyed in the incident.
A 62 year old man from Allenford has been charged with racing a motor vehicle under the Highway Traffic Act.
He will appear in court on October 27th.
