A 52 year old man was arrested in Oliphant on the weekend after a police officer spotted the man harvesting a marijuana plant.
Bruce Peninsula OPP were first directed to the Bay Street home by a local resident and as he was pointing out the home — the officer caught the suspect in the act.
There was a brief foot chase but the suspect was arrested and charged with drug offences.
Police also seized several plants in the Park Head area after receiving a tip.
