Three of the suspects in a vicious beating in downtown Owen Sound will be in court next month.
Shawn Dyer, Cody Doherty and Blaine McEachern — all 19 years of age — appeared in court last week.
They had their cases adjourned to October 3rd for pretrial.
All three men face assault charges after a Toronto man was stabbed and beaten in downtown Owen Sound in July.
McEachern has been in trouble with the law before.
He received the equivalent of a six month jail sentence in June for his role in a fight with another man where he pleaded guilty to using a metal pipe in the attack.
