A warning from Owen Sound Police about missing Prescription medications.
Police are looking into the disappearance of several boxes of various medications from a building near 12th Street and 2nd Avenue East.
They were mistakenly left outside and unattended overnight at an off site storage site by a local pharmacy.
Police were contacted yesterday afernoon.
The medications were primarily expired or unused in unmarked cardboard boxes.
They were both in prescription bottles as well as loose, un-bottled tablets and capsules.
Police warn taking this medication without direction of a doctor or pharmacist is extremely dangerous.
If you locate the discarded medication or have information about it, call Owen Sound Police or Crimestoppers.
