James Scongack is the Executive Assistant to President Duncan Hawthorne.
Scongack says there are no surprises in the document, as they continue to devour each detail in the document.
Scognack says this is their third environmental assessment, and they are confident they are on the right page, and will meet requirements.
Scognack says they have a good understanding of the EA act, and the level of review required for a project like this.
He says after Bruce Power reviews the entire document, they will then file an Environmental Impact Statement to the federal government.
From there, the six month public review process is triggered and that will be followed by public hearings.
The panel that will review the statement will be appointed by the federal government.
If Bruce Power decides to build Bruce C — it is expected to generate about four thousand megawatts of electricity to the Ontario grid by 2016.
