The 19th annual day long Workshop for Writers goes tomorrow at the Bruce County Public Library Headquarters in Saugeen Shores.
Spokesperson Anne Judd on Soundingboard this week says e-publishing is out there thanks to the world wide web and is becoming more common.
Judd says alot of writers don’t want to wait a long time to see if their manuscript will get published and therefore do it themselves through e-publishing
Judd says the workshop begins in the morning with a panel discussion called “Been there, done there electronically” followed by a session on using a website to promote your writing with guest speaker Donna Mann.
Mann wrote “Aggie’s Storms” a book about the childhood of Agnes Macphail.
Judd says participants then choose which guest speaker they would like to see in the afternoon.
Anne Redfearn Grobbo is putting on a workshop on a writers guide on e-publishing or they can see a similar presentation from Vi Wilson called “Who is your publisher”.
