The Bruce Peninsula Association for Community Living has received a boost from the provincial government.
The Ministry of Community and Social Services presented a cheque for $32,000 last week.
Bruce Grey Owen Sound MPP Bill Murdoch says the funding is a capital grant to help make the existing home more accessible.
Part of the funds will pay for a lift at the Berford Street home.
Murdoch says people with physical disabilities will not have to rely on others to help attend meetings and programs at the building.
