One suspect in the stabbing of a Toronto man in Owen Sound has been denied bail.
19 year old Cody Doherty was denied bail during a court appearance yesterday on charges of assault with a weapon, aggravated assault and robbery.
He will appear in court again on Thursday.
19 year old Shawn Dyer was also in court yesterday but he was remanded back to custody for another appearance on Wednesday.
Dyer is also charged with assault with a weapon, aggravated assault and robbery.
The victim in the attack — a 42 year old man who was kicked, punched, beaten and stabbed — is back home in Toronto after being released from hospital this week.
