Three more people have been arrested in connection with a stabbing in downtown Owen Sound.
Police arrested two 19 year old men and a 17 year old woman yesterday.
Cody Doherty and Blaine McEachern have been charged with assault with a weapon and aggravated assault.
They have been remanded in custody until a bail hearing next Tuesday.
The 17 year old woman has been charged with assault and will appear in court today.
The first man charged in Tuesday night’s beating — 19 year old Shawn Dyer — appeared in court on two assault counts yesterday.
He was remanded in custody until next Tuesday.
A 42 year old Toronto man — who was in the area to work — was stabbed in the chest after being attacked by a group of men and women Tuesday night.
His condition has improved and Police have now been able to interview him.
But despite the attack downtown — Deputy Police Chief Bill Sornberger says it was an isolated incident and the City streets are safe.
