The Grey Bruce Agriculture and Culinary Association has produced a special road map of the two counties that features the locations of farmers markets, where to find farm gate produce and meat and restaurants serving local food.
Guy Anderson is the Chair of the Agriculture and Culinary Association and says there are more than 100 different establishments featured on the map along with details description of just what they producer or serve.
He says what is really surprising is the diversity of field to fork food sources in Grey Bruce.
In addition some of the two counties popular tourist attractions and local food events are included on the map as well.
Anderson says they will be distributing about 50 thousand of the maps throughout the region and hope it will encourage people to get out into the country and meet their neighbourhood farmers.
The official unveiling of the field to fork map will take place Tuesday August 12 at the Keady Livestock market.
