Bayshore Broadcasting News has learned that Adam Kunkel of Paisley ran the 400 metre hurdles at track and field event in Belgium in 50.2 seconds.
Kunkel needed a time of 49.5 seconds or better to be considered to take part in the Beijing Olympics.
