A bit of excitement at the Owen Sound Wal Mart store Wednesday morning
Owen Sound fire officials responded to a report of a strange smell in the building around 7.30 in the morning.
Fire officials proceeded to evacuate the building and tried to determine the source of the odour.
They say the smell was not as a result of a natural gas leak or any accumulation of CO2, but appears to be a result of a plumbing and ventilation problem.
The city also checked the sewer leading from Wal Mart and found no problems there as well.
Wal Mart officials now working on fixing their plumping and air conditioning systems.
