A head on crash at Williamsford last night caused traffic on Highway 6 to be re-routed through the village.
Before 11 am last night, a vehicles were involved in a collision that resulted in minor injuries.
According to the police report from the Grey County OPP, a southbound vehicle crossed the center-line in the village core and struck a northbound vehicle.
Emergency services attended the incident and citizens at the scene assisted in re-routing traffic through the community and away from the accident scene.
Both drivers in the incident were taken to Grey Bruce Regional Health Services in Owen Sound where they were treated for what was described as ” minor ” injuries.
A 38 year old Cambridge woman has been charged with careless driving in the mishap.
