The north end of Port Elgin along Highway 21 looks a little different.
The land just north of Legault’s Independent has been cleaned up and it’s now for sale.
Royal LePage Kincardine Broker, Keith Battler says the owner has simply decided to clean it up to make it more attractive.
Battler says the 3.2 acres of land and 550 feet on Highway 21 is zoned highway commercial.
Battler says there is interest in the type of land in general from out of town developers, though nothing is being done with it yet.
