Charges have now been laid against the driver of a van that crashed into a hydro pole between Annan and Leigh early yesterday morning.
That crash occurred on Grey Road 15 around 5.30 yesterday morning.
Grey County OPP say the crash involved a beige Ford van that was westbound on Grey Road 15 before leaving the roadway and striking a hydro pole on the south side of the roadway.
The vehicle was demolished and the female driver was airlifted from the scene to Grey Bruce Health Services-Owen Sound. Her injuries were not life threatening.
Charged with Impaired Operation and Failure to Provide a Sample for Analysis is 52 year old Heather Johnson, of Toronto.
She is scheduled to appear in Owen Sound court on the 14th of August, 2008.
