A 64 year old Bruce Peninsula man returns to court July 24th to face murder and other charges.
Allan Wayne Powney of Jackson Cove is out on 300 thousand dollars in bail posted last month.
Powney has been ordered to live under house arrest with family members and he is not allowed in Bruce County.
He was charged in the death of Dr. Henry Janssen who was shot in his truck on Scenic Caves Road in the Lions Head area on January 22nd.
His case came to Owen Sound court yesterday and was put over because forensic results are not available.
Along with the charge of first degree murder, Powney faces several firearms related charges.
