Grey County OPP are investigating three counterfeiting incidents on Thursday and Friday in the municpality of Chatsworth.
In total, police say seven phoney bills have been discovered.
There were 5 – $5 bills, one 10 dollar bill and and a $20 bill.
Grey County OPP say the counterfeit bills are of poor quality and easily identified as such.
The OPP are asking the public to take the time to check banknotes to prevent these notes being passed onto customer, friends, or even family.
Anyone with information about the phoney bills is asked to call the OPP or crimestoppers.
