The Bayshore Broadcasting News centre has just received another prestigious award.
At the Radio Television News Directors Association meeting in Ottawa, Bayshore received the Byron McGregor award for “Best Newscast – Small Market Central Region”.
Shannon Snoes was recognized for her coverage of the Main street fire in Wasaga Beach last November.
The award was accepted by Bayshore Broadcasting News Director Manny Paiva at the ceremony last night.
The newscast will now be judged on National level tomorrow night at the convention.
