The Grey Sauble Conservation Authority is reminding you that you don’t have to travel outside of Ontario to see great sites.
Media Relations Co-ordinator Krista McKee says a new guidebook called “Conservation Areas in Ontario – Step Into Nature” was released last week featuring the province’s 36 conservation authorities.
McKee says the guide contains maps and information about many conservation lands and what can be found within a conservation authority.
McKee says guidebook features the four waterfalls the Grey Sauble Conservation Authority owns – Inglis Falls, Indian Falls, Jones Falls and Eugenia Falls as well as Bruce’s Caves, Spirit Rock and the Feversham Gorge.
McKee says the four waterfalls is one the of the main draws to Grey County.
The guidebook is available at the GSCA administration Centre in Owen Sound.
Conservation Ontario has a new website at www.conservationareas.ca which allows anyone to search for conservation areas.
