The Bruce Grey Owen Sound Conservative MP is asking for Stephane Dion to pay up.
Larry Miller is demanding the Liberal Leader to pay off his leadership loans.
Miller says the deadline to pay of those loans was last Wednesday and says Dion has still not paid them off.
Miller read a statement on the issue in the House of Commons last week.
Miller says anytime someone runs for the leader of a party they have a certain amount of days to pay off their loans and says word has it he had approached Elections Canada for a extended deadline.
Miller says a law is a law and if you change it for one person then you will have to change it for everyone.
Miller says the matter is in the hands of Elections Canada to proceed with what actions are necessary against Dion.
Miller adds many candidates ran for the leadership position for the Liberal party including the Deputy Leader of the Liberal party Michael Ignatieff.
Miller believes Ignatieff may or may not be under the same gun as Dion.
